Your Rights As a Street Photographer

There is nothing worse that getting stopped by the Police when you are trying to capture the essence of a place that you are in.
For many its an intimidating and uncomfortable encounter, and many question about our rights as a photographer are left burning inside our angry and saddened selves.
As a photographer, (believe it or not..) you do have rights, and it is important that you keep your work as protected as possible, particularly when practicing street photography.
The following document outlines what rights you have over your work. It may be useful to print out and carry around with you.
