How To Make A Cheap Fisheye Lens
October 14th, 2008 by DurkinPosted in Tutorials
All of you who read this blog regularly should be keen on saving money and making camera parts at home.
How cast has an excellent video of how to make a fisheye lens using a peephole. Apparently it only takes 5 minuets too!
In this example a digital camera is used, but I’m sure it could easily be applied to other FILM cameras too.

hi tom,
great post. i am just wondering what is the “peep hole”? and where can I get one? thanks
hey Kat, thanks for the comment. You should be able to get one from a hardware store, not sure where you are from but in this country I’m sure B&Q would stock them.
hope that helps
